IMPACT – Croke Park what happens now?

This afternoon I, like other IMPACT members, received the following communication from the union – Croke Park what happens now?

This is an example of the worst kind of craft sectoralism. It seems the IMPACT leadership have no concept of working class solidarity or any understanding of the degree to which the No vote represents a collective rejection of any more austerity for working people. Or to the extent that they do they must then be consciously committed to undermining that working class collective consciousness.

The struggle against the enemy within the workers’ movement, as represented by the likes of Cody & O’Connor, is going to be crucial in the coming period if we are going to have any chance of defeating this, and other, attacks on our class in the name of “austerity”.
